Sygn System
Sygn, the name, is derived from the Samuel R. Delany novel Stars in my Pocket Like Grains of Sand where it refers to a social ideology that views social relationships to be rich and multifaceted. For our purposes we might also take it for an acronym: (S)ociall(y) a(g)gregated (n)etworks or (Sy)tem of aggre(g)ated (n)etworks. Either relates favorably to the topic at hand.
I've created a separate page to discuss potential UseCases, as well as DataExamples to collect a selection of possible profile examples which I hope will serve as a more effective illustration of the project. I'm also collecting notes ExternalDiscussion regarding Sygn so that we can have a larger perspective on the subject.
